    With a unique journey from kindergarten teacher to BDR, Jacki found her true calling as an "Accidental Admin" at LinkSquares. As the 10th hire, she spearheaded the growth of the business development team, architecting the people, processes, and tech stack that catapulted ARR from $350K to $9M in 2 years.

    Since 2020, Jacki has been on the consulting side of startups as VP Operations at Eustace Consulting and Head of Revenue Operations at Winning by Design.

    She started ATM in August 2022, and lives in Boston MA with her mini dachshund Freddy.

  • Aaron Hill

    Aaron brings a decade of revenue leadership to ATM, with a track record of scaling GTM teams across high-growth software companies. As Director of RevOps & Enablement at Hudl, he helped grow ARR from $80M to $150M+. He went on to lead growth strategy as SVP at The Arbinger Institute, and has scaled multiple orgs from ~$10M to ~$30M along the way.

    Since 2020, he's also been a Certified Consultant at Winning by Design, where he's trained 1,000+ founders on go-to-market strategy. Today, he leads FundingPath.ai and ProAI — helping early-stage founders model financials, build investor-ready plans, and raise the right capital (clients have raised $4B+ to date).

    At ATM, Aaron pairs the operational rigor of a former RevOps leader with the strategic perspective of a founder who's been on the other side of the table. He lives in Lincoln, Nebraska, speaks English, Portuguese, and Spanish, and is happiest helping the next operator or founder make their next big move.

    Before stepping into the RevOps world in 2020, Christina spent five years at a Salesforce ISV partner in the live event ticketing space, gaining a crash course in supporting organizations of all sizes on Salesforce and honing her problem-solving skills.

    She specializes in optimizing RevOps processes, integrating tech stacks, and leveraging data to drive efficiency.

    Christina lives in San Francisco with her very loud, mischievous cat. Outside of work, she’s often traveling, catching live music and theatre, or taking on long-distance hikes and runs.

    Bentley brings nearly five years of marketing operations experience to ATM, having spent four of them at Etumos — where he grew from Campaign Operations Consultant to Senior Consultant, running Marketo-heavy campaign builds, email programs, and reporting for a portfolio of B2B clients. Most recently, he led email marketing and CRM at Cint.

    He specializes in marketing ops, campaign architecture, email programs, CRM hygiene, and the kind of data and reporting work that makes a marketing engine actually trustworthy. Bentley is Marketo-native, relentlessly curious, and the kind of operator who comes back from a single question with three more — and the answer to the first one.

    Bentley lives in Orlando, FL, and is happiest in the deep end of whatever new tool, framework, or strategy has caught his attention this week.
