Allison Neely
Allison began her career as a BDR at a Series B SaaS company that skyrocketed to unicorn status, eventually becoming a senior enterprise account executive. Along the way, she realized how difficult it was to share best practices across a sales org—even at a small, in-person company. With growth and remote work, that challenge only deepened.
Motivated to solve it, Allison transitioned into Enablement. Since then, she has built out enablement functions at three SaaS companies at different stages of growth. One of her proudest achievements was creating a comprehensive four-week onboarding program that cut new-hire ramp time in half.
She believes Enablement should be practical, scalable, and something reps actually enjoy—not dread. For Allison, the best outcomes happen when Enablement is a proactive partner from day one, setting teams up to scale smoothly rather than reactively.
Based in Kansas City, she lives with her husband, son, and two rescue pups.RevOps Advisor I Linkedin
