With a unique journey from kindergarten teacher to BDR, Jacki found her true calling as an “accidental admin” at LinkSquares, where she was the 10th hire. There, she built the people, processes, and tech stack behind the business development engine that helped grow ARR from $350K to $9M in just two years.

Since 2020, Jacki has sat on the consulting side of the table as VP of Operations at Eustace Consulting and Head of Revenue Operations at Winning by Design, partnering with high‑growth SaaS companies to untangle messy GTM data, tools, and workflows. In 2022, she founded Activate the Magic, a fractional RevOps agency that helps CROs build the revenue engine stability they need so they can hit their numbers and scale with precision.

Jacki lives in Boston’s Back Bay with her mini dachshund Freddy, and is passionate about Dr. Joe Dispenza meditation retreats and Zayn Malik concerts.
